Since Mikrotik RouterOS software has so many features and benefits.  Its impossible to cover them all in a single week long course!  We cover all of the topics, within a 4 1/2 month period.  Instead of cramming it all into one week, we have weekly topics.  These topics cover everything from hotspot solutions, basic TCP/IP, Wireless Design, Firewalling, Network Management and even User Manager and The Dude!

Our LIVE session is on Tuesday nights at 6:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST).  This session is the LIVE course and most of our students attend this to be able to ask questions.  More questions, means that you learn more as more questions are asked and answered.    However, if you miss our LIVE course, don't worry, within a few hours of the LIVE session, you can view a streaming recording in high-resolution with audio!

What is a LIVE Training Course? The Live On-Line Course includes a Certified Mikrotik Trainer presenting the course to you LIVE.  There is no recorded material!  We will also have Mikrotik Certified Engineers on-hand to answer Questions during and after the course.  The Instructor will also answer questions at the end of the presentation. 

How long is each Session?  Each session is designed to be simple, quick and informative.  Each Session will be less than 3 hours, Tuesday evening each week!  Most often though, we end up each session around 1 to 2 hours per session.

How Often Are Sessions?  We will have up to 4 sessions per Month.  Plus we will have special sessions, including other topics that relate to the WISP Industry.  There are some special holidays that may change the course schedule.  This schedule is published right above and once you login to the site!

When are these Sessions?  Each Session will take place at 6pm Central Standard Time on Tuesday Evenings.   Instead of a make-up session, we offer you the ability to stream the recording of the LIVE training session for up to 1 week after.  This allows you to review the material at your leisure, as well as gives you the opportunity to see the session if you missed the LIVE session!

Can I get Mikrotik Certified by Taking this Course?  YES!  You can get a chance to take a FREE Mikrotik Certification Test at the end of 4 continuous months.

When can I start the class?  You can start the class at any time you wish.  Our courses are non-building, in other words, you don't have to take one class to be able to follow another.  Each topic is presented on its own! 

How do I take the course?  The course is all on-line.  Each week, typically on Monday, you will receive a special link to that weeks session.  These will allow you to load up the training software and start viewing the session.  This same software will allow you to view our trainers course!  You can type questions into our questions section at any time and get an answer either LIVE from the trainer, or via a message from one of our Certified Engineers answering questions!    Audio is included in the software as well.  Using VoIP, you can hear the instructor though your computer speakers, so no phone needed! 

I am not in the US, can I take the course?  Most definitely YES!  You can use the VoIP audio, or we have a number of Europe direct dial phone numbers.  This list includes Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, and United Kingdom!   We have local numbers in each one of these countries so that you can call in and get the audio portion!  We currently have students in Iraq as well as Australia using the VoIP connection without issues! 

Can I start taking the course at anytime?  Since our sessions are not built to require each other, you can sign up for the course at anytime!   During the 4 month program, you will be able to attend all of our sessions, and at the end of the 4 months, you will qualify for a FREE Mikrotik  Certification Test!

What is the Cost of these Sessions?  For up to 4 Sessions per month, the cost is $200 per student!  You can attend as many or as few sessions as you wish.   There will be Special Topics as well, and these will be free of charge to existing students. 

How Do I attend the Sessions? You simple sit back in your chair at home, or office, and use a link that you will receive via e-mail.  If it is the first time you have received your link, please click it about 15 minutes prior to the session starting, so that you can download the small software that is required.    If you have questions, type them in the Q&A section in the software. 

Do I have to buy any hardware?  No, however, we always recommend that you have a Router handy, as you may with to follow along, or try functions during the course!   

Can I ask the Instructor Questions?  Yes!  We have planned 1 hour for Q&A during the session!  Plus, On-Staff Engineers will be able to answer you questions during the course.   We also take questions during the course, if they pertain to the topic at hand.  You simply type them in and if they pertain to the topic at hand, many times our Certified Trainer will answer you questions LIVE! 

How many sessions per month do I get?    Each payment of $200 is for 30 days of courses.  We will have at least 2 courses per 30 days, but we normally have around 4 courses, one per week.
